Rib King NYC™ brings together some of the best restaurants, chefs, backyard legends, and drink makers to present an all-access, mouthwatering celebration. One ticket covers everything.
BBQ experts will be smoking, saucing, grilling, and glazing their very best – and we don’t stop at just the ribs. A panel of judges decides who will win the next Rib King NYC™ crown. A Brothers Barbecue took the crown and the People’s Choice in 2026 and the Rib King™ title goes back on the line in 2027.

Brothers Barbecue won over the judges and the crowd on the same afternoon. Anthony Scerri of Smoke Sweats was runner-up for the fourth year running. Cenobio Canalizo of Morgan’s Brooklyn BBQ took the Clean Bone Award, and Kevin Morgan with Mike’s Hot Honey took the Swicy.
